I found this hidden gem in. 2016 and I've been a regular since. the omakase is awesome and price is good compared to others in Hong Kong. the service is great, staff is attentive and great knowledge of the food. the chefs are all very experienced, having worked for some other famous Japanese restaurants in Hong Kong.
