I’ve tried them all, and Mother of Pizza is the best pizza in Hong Kong. The Pepperoni l’Americano comes loaded with toppings, sufficient cheese, and a deliciously charred crust. The side dishes of meatballs and garlic were solid but underwhelming compared to the pizza. I wish Mother of Pizza was opening more locations around town rather than some of their competitors!
