Best pork neck meat I've tasted

I've been coming to this restaurant for ~ 5 years for lunch (I worked nearby). The service is average - it is usually the same ladies serving me. The quality of the food for lunch is very good. My recommendation is alway the pork neck meat with rice. Very tasty and tender. Also for lunch time, the value is good too.
