豚王 (新城市廣場) (Closed)

This is one of the best ramen noodle restaurant I ever had before. The soup base is very delicious and thick. You can arrange the ingredients and level of chilli. The service is excellent and the environment is excellent too. Personally I love the black soup base. The shatin ship is easy to get a seat. The spring water egg, seaweed and bbq pork also highly recommended. It worth to go when shopping in Shatin Town Plaza.
