The restaurant is spacious with high ceiling and fairly modern w a nice view of the harbor if you get a table by the window.
The push carts each offer mostly 4-6 items. Since only 2 of us, so only ordered a few times. Shrimp dumplings and rice flour roll with shrimp were good. The fried spring rolls were crispy on the outside and pipping hot inside. The fried shrimp dumplings were a bit soggy. Most of all, I love the deep fried egg fritter with honey. This was the highlight of my lunch. I love this dessert and not many places offer this.
