We walked pass Taishoken Maruichi in Taikoo after work today and saw they were having this frozen pack on promotion. The packaging is so tempting and we decided to purchase a box for cooking at home. The staff from the restaurant was very nice and helpful by teaching us the perfect way of cooking these noodles.
After an exhausting working day, this is definitely one of my quick dinner choices. It is very convenient, easy to cook and delicious. You can dip the noodles on another separate bowl. Inside this frozen box, they have two bags of soup and ingredients, two bags of ramen and two slices of seaweed. Base on the instruction on the box, you can put bags of soup and ingredient into hot boiling water for 10 mins while cooking the ramen in hot boiling water for 8 mins.
After I finished cooking it, I feel like I am eating in Japan. It tasted as if we were eating at the restaurant, both the broth and the texture of the noodles were very authentic. Top quality ramen! I am gonna purchase a few boxes so that I can have some good food after some of my OT nights. Anyone else wanna try it out!?!👍🏻
