The signature HK style iced milk tea and Ying Yang (50/50 coffee/tea) were both spot on. Good balance between black tea, coffee and evaporated milk. Not too strong but intense flavor. The pleasant surprise was the satay beef and egg sandwich. It was probably the best satay beef I have had in HK, and I have been to countless HK style cafe.

It was quality beef, well seasoned and tender. The egg was perfectly runny. The bread was ultra soft. I never thought the beef and the egg would go so well together between the two pieces of bread 🍞!!!

The spinach noodles with satay beef was also fantastic. The soup was delicious ! The noodles were not overcooked. The satay beef was the best !!!
