Wait time: Got there 2pm on a weekday. Just avoided the lunch crowd. No need to queue.Environment: regular local cafe venue. But it looks bright and clean inside.Food: the best satay beef noodles in HK. Lots of beef with intense satay sauce. Noodles are cooked al dente. Also included are 2 additional toppings, I picked 2 scrambled eggs. Everything is great. Service: Alright service.Pricing: $50 for a satay beef noodles with 2 other toppings + a drink.Recommend: go~
