It was my BIGGEST mistake to visit Banchan & Cook this month, the service are impressively bad, even in a city like HK, the waiters tend to ignore you even you waved several times; They did not serve you water unless you asked the fifth time, ready to be served after 45 minutes; waiters may be too busy to serve customers or they simply need more "staff training" Food are just so so, the salad aside taste like the opposite of fresh, the pasta is quite oily yet tasteless, hugely disappointing dish

 Food are just so so, the salad aside taste like the opposite of fresh, the pasta is quite oily yet tasteless, hugely disappointing dish; I wonder how dare they  charge so much with quality like this?
I could get much much better quality with this price in Hk; And not to mention the drinks, charge almost HKD$50 and I only find three "tiny"strawberries in my smoothies, which mixes more water than milk

Would never come back ever ever again even the food are for free
