I didn't really expect a $260 set dinner would serve a proper piece of meat and cooked in the most perfect way that I have ever tried in any restaurant in HK. (Even some so-called-steak-house-and-charge-arms-and-legs-for-a-piece-of-steak) The steak was cooked according to request and served on top of a smooth mash potato. The piece of steak has been rested on top of the mash potato, it was simply the best way to serve steak so not to waste a drop of the juice from the hard-working cow.
