Best Sushi in Town for Dinner

This is by far the best sushi place I have been to on HK Island, and I have tried a lot of them on the Island (not TST). The way to get a proper tasting of this restaurant is to come here for dinner and ask the chef to pick everything (and not order youself). It will be expensive, but you get what you paid for. I have went to many other well-known and similar priced JP restaurant and Sushi Hiro is much better.
