Been here 3 times and never disappointed. Compared to other Turkish restaurants in HK, Pasha is the epitome of culinary authenticity. The lovely chef Ziattin is from Gaziantep in southern Türkiye, renowned for its cuisine (from lentil soup, to kebabs, to desserts). The manager Hüseyin is also very hospitable and makes sure my friends and I are well taken care of. I highly recommend the following dishes:- Ezo gelin: red lentil soup with fresh, hot bread- Spinach pide: very crispy base!- Beyti keb

Been here 3 times and never disappointed. Compared to other Turkish restaurants in HK, Pasha is the epitome of culinary authenticity. The lovely chef Ziattin is from Gaziantep in southern Türkiye, renowned for its cuisine (from lentil soup, to kebabs, to desserts). The manager Hüseyin is also very hospitable and makes sure my friends and I are well taken care of.

I highly recommend the following dishes:
- Ezo gelin: red lentil soup with fresh, hot bread
- Spinach pide: very crispy base!
- Beyti kebap: the yoghurt and tomato combo is phenomenal
- Lahamacun: spicy minced lamb on crispy thin pizza-like bread
- Baklava / künefe: great sweets - especially with all that pistachio overdose

Whenever I come here, I feel an atmosphere of “misafirperverlik” (“hospitality” as they say in Turkish).
