亞太區TOP 50嘅意大利薄餅🇮🇹主打拿坡里手工pizza即叫即焗舖頭入面有成大座好強勁嘅烤爐唔識咩牌子但大鄉里第一次見亦都係第一次食到咁好食嘅pizza位置唔多一定要book枱分上層俾booking下層walk-in 環境有啲嘈啲聲逼埋晒一齊因為有限時飲酒嘅話會唔夠時間講返我試過嘅四款pizza先望落好似好厚但其實超多氣孔咬落好煙韌有酸種同炭烤嘅味道平時唔鍾意批邊嘅人都會覺得crispy MARGHERITA:基本味道芝士加basilA' SALSICCIA:焦糖化洋蔥嘅甜蓋過肉ESTATE:意語夏天ham+burrata冇得輸PAZZA ESTATE:焗咗兩次嘅瘋狂夏天我推最後呢兩個一嚟因為偏心呢個配撘二嚟因為佢嘅芝士夠濃仲有少少fig jam三嚟係因為我好唔鍾意茄汁加麵包另外嗌咗BURRATA同TAGLIERE VIP前者配上焦糖化洋蔥同一舊burrata係我食過最新鮮同內外分明嘅burrata處理得衰嘅或者得cream味會好大分別Cold cut platter 有四舊dried dough 上枱熱辣辣非常香口推介大家試試其他selection就正常發揮但我鍾意😆甜品方面完全唔

位置唔多一定要book枱
分上層俾booking下層walk-in
環境有啲嘈啲聲逼埋晒一齊
因為有限時飲酒嘅話會唔夠時間

講返我試過嘅四款pizza先
望落好似好厚但其實超多氣孔
咬落好煙韌有酸種同炭烤嘅味道
平時唔鍾意批邊嘅人都會覺得crispy

MARGHERITA:基本味道芝士加basil
A' SALSICCIA:焦糖化洋蔥嘅甜蓋過肉
ESTATE:意語夏天ham+burrata冇得輸
PAZZA ESTATE:焗咗兩次嘅瘋狂夏天
我推最後呢兩個一嚟因為偏心呢個配撘
二嚟因為佢嘅芝士夠濃仲有少少fig jam
三嚟係因為我好唔鍾意茄汁加麵包

另外嗌咗BURRATA同TAGLIERE VIP
前者配上焦糖化洋蔥同一舊burrata
係我食過最新鮮同內外分明嘅burrata
處理得衰嘅或者得cream味會好大分別
Cold cut platter 有四舊dried dough
上枱熱辣辣非常香口推介大家試試
其他selection就正常發揮但我鍾意😆

甜品方面完全唔係我鍾意嘅
TIRAMISÚ得咖啡味而且中層冇空氣感
上面嘅mascarpone好厚實唔軟身
仲試咗CANNOLI同杏仁味蛋糕
無奈唔係我口味或者真係太甜

另外想提返喺menu學咗個新term
D.O.P.(Protected designation of origin)
代表呢種食材生產製造都係原產地完成
攞獎係因為佢夠晒原汁原味👍🏻
