I tried their lava cheese tart in the past so I decided to try their creme brule version. For the flavor, the creme brule was nicely done with the caramelized top have a nice crunch. The cheese tart itself is very rich as usual without being too sweet. However, for the texture, the lava of the tart was not that prominent. This was due to the tart being cold despite I ate it immediately after I bought it. Therefore, the tart lost its main selling point of its lava effect. Moreover, since it was cold, it lost its fragrance as well. I think if possible they should try to keep have equipment to keep their tarts warm so it will be more tasty and maintain its lava effect, which is the selling point of the tart itself.
