📍FiataFiata is ranked 8th on 50 Top Pizza’s Asia Pacific List so I had to come and give it a try. It’s actually quite easy to book for lunch. The only downside is that you can’t book for 1pm slot. The Parma ham salad is quite generous in portion. The pizza dough is quite unique. It is fluffy with an appropriate amount of chewiness. I only wished that it’s baked with a bit less char cause it is borderline a bit burnt at the bottom. Nevertheless, the dough is a good dough. Will have to try my bett
