Better not have noodles

First time visiting this famous dumplings joint.Had leek and pork dumplings in soup, along with a noodle base which I’ve chosen vermicelli. It claims to be a pork bone broth but the soup didn’t have any taste to it… vermicelli was really bland. Dumplings on the other hand was yummy, thin wrap and fillings with savory flavor. Probably will go for fried dumplings if I’m ever visiting again.
