We ordered the Ultimate Tuna Sushi Assortment priced at $268, which included 4 pieces of the Red Tuna Sushi. The tuna had a fair taste and was enjoyable, but nothing out of the ordinary. The Minced Tuna was nicely done and had a smaller size than the regular a la carte portion. The staff was courteous enough to advise us to start with the sushi that had seaweed wrapping on it first, as it would absorb moisture from the fish and rice, which was a nice touch.We also tried the Ultimate Extra Fatty

We also tried the Ultimate Extra Fatty Tuna, but unfortunately, the one we had wasn't the best part of it. On the other hand, the Ultimate Medium Fatty Tuna was decent, but considering the price, it could have been better.
Moving on to the Salmon Sushi Assortment, priced at $148, which included 1 piece of Lightly-Broiled Salmon and Cheese, 2 pieces of Lightly-Broiled Salmon, 3 pieces of Salmon sushi, 3 pieces of Salmon Roe thin Roll, and 3 pieces of Salmon thin Roll. Overall, the dish was fine, but the Lightly-Broiled Salmon could have been done a bit more to bring out the oils and flavors.
