The mackerel was pretty good even for me who doesn't normally eat it. It had a nice pickled sour taste. I liked the pate the best out of the three though. The ravioli was unmemorable...

For main, I had the slowly poached salmon which was cooked to a perfect temperature. The fish looked raw but was cooked through and still retained its moisture. My husband had the beef rib which was very rich and tasty.
