Big breakfast is alwsys welcome. Especially you can have it at home. However I hate washing the dishes, so better find a place that can fulfill both wishes. The most expensive full breakfast is only $98. The size was big. The Benedict egg was good & the home made Hollandaise sauce relatively light. There were 5 types of sausages & the hash brown was fried to just right. However their bacon was not crispy, likely due to the bacon was not fatty. I personally thought that fried corn is much better than traditional baked beans. It made the breakfast feel lighter. However if there was more vegetables, the light feeding could be intensified.
The only downside of this breakfast was the environment. Because there was no partition between the open kitchen & the dinning area, the cool air from the air conditioners was sucked out by the hoods. Also the oil & smell was escaped to the dinning area.
