I've always liked lemon tarts, but it's so hard to get good lemon tart in Hong Kong that aren't too sweet. I'm also very picky about the tart texture. My friend Ordered their lemon tart as birthday cake and I must say: Pretty good tart! Buttery and crumbly it was a big tart, but I devoured it in no time
