The best part of the dinner was the 法國鵝肝- definitely need to try that! The 2nd best dish was the Bread and homemade butter. The bread was very crunchy! As for the other food, just normal, nothing special. The Parma Ham was extremely salty, the most salty Parma Ham I have ever eaten!I personally didn't like the Welcome Drink (too ginger), the refreshment sorbet and the dessert. I personally didn't like the Welcome Drink (too ginger), the refreshment sorbet and the dessert. I like a sorbet that is smooth and icy, and would just melt in the mouth, but their sorbet has more texture and some pineapple meat in it. As for the dessert, the mousse was a little bit too stiff.
As for the main course, we ordered medium, but it turned out to be a little bit below medium. The beef was OK, but for the lamb chop, one piece was a bit rare, one piece was a bit too cooked, and finally, the last piece was just right!
This was a valuable 私房菜, but not the best we have tried. The music wasn't too loud, but we could hear every single word that the people were saying from the table next to us.
As for the choices of food. There were only 3 sets of 8-course meal to choose from. $250, $320 and $380.
