今年的生日飯,選了來菜式出名精緻的怡東軒。我們曾經都是怡東軒的常客,之不過經大裝修之後,就比較少去了。以前的怡東軒走傳統中式路線,與現在的紅黑摩登設計完全不同。餐牌𥚃近半數的食物都要逐位收費,雖然味道整體上不俗,但感覺上很多菜式都給我一種over-priced的感覺。雖然是有一點貴,但始終酒店級的服務及環境都令人吃得稱心滿意。在這個相機先食的年代,每間餐廳都必須有一道"上鏡美食"才能不斷吸引新顧客,怡東軒的雙魚餃就正正發揮了這個作用。金魚餃一對$68元,幾貴吓,但酒店的 food styling 功夫了得,將金魚排列得非常有動感,大家自然甘願多付一點金錢吧!$68一對的金魚餃,其中一隻是普通的蝦餃,另外一隻是黑松露蝦餃,最抵讚是餃皮軟熟,但係size偏細,黑松露的味道也不夠濃郁,老實說其實味道中規中矩,只係個造型超靚,用來賀壽一流。提一提大家,想食金魚餃就必須預訂。燒味水準也沒有太大驚喜,雖然燒肉的皮非常之脆,美中不足的是肉質口感比較實。叉燒肉味香濃,可惜肉質同樣有點兒太乾。接着亦是另一個預訂菜式 - 牛肋骨。原條牛肋骨賣相非常美觀,亦已經細心為客人起肉,非常抵讚。啖啖肉的牛肋骨,已被
