Charcoal Crusted Wagyu Beef Tenderloin
一個拳頭大的和牛用木炭燒烤至七成熟,和牛表面有一層炭膜。肉質嫩滑,沒有燒烤的炭味。鵝肝甘香,表面又脆,配上蔬菜能中和油膩。一試難忘,回味無窮。

Tiramisu
我很喜歡吃Tiramisu,尤其是Amaroni's Little Italy的。它的tiramisu 充滿香濃酒味和咖啡味,忌廉芝士打到企身且軟硬適中。Tosca 的tiramisu 酒味和咖啡味不濃,稍軟,忌廉芝士香但不會過膩。
