Recently I have ordered a Maple Syrup Banana Cake from Monique, I must say, it's the best cake I have ever had.The banana taste starts from the dried banana chips , becomes more intense at the heart of the cake. The swettness of maple syrup matches just right with the fullmess of the cake. when you eat, yor are not just tasting the cake, you feel that you are talking to the cake maker, feeling her hands and her heart.
