My friend and I visited Bloom and tried Americano. I heard from a friend that the coffee was not her style but I wanted to try myself and be the fair judge. I received the coffee nice and hot but when I took a sip it was not what I expected. Really bitter and burnt bean flavor even though i asked for a light coffee.I am not a coffee expert but I usually drink coffee everyday And 1-2 a day. I think they should improve the quality and flavor. It is in a prime location at the prime shopping mall

I am not a coffee expert but I usually drink coffee everyday And 1-2 a day. I think they should improve the quality and flavor. It is in a prime location at the prime shopping mall in hk. The expectations customers have would be far higher.
