Tiger Sugar has expanded quite a lot within a short period of time. Other than the first branch in Causeway Bay, there are 7 other branches all over Hong Kong now. The one in Causeway Bay always has a long queue, and the same for Mong Kok branch and this Kwun Tong branch. This Black Sugar Bubble Milk with cream is truly addictive and worths the wait! Even though you can’t adjust the amount of ice and sugar in the drink, it’s still amazing! I guess this is why they have the portion of ice and sugar fixed to keep its best taste. The milk was so smooth with cream, yet not overly sweet with the black sugar. The black sugar added texture and taste to the drink. And the bubbles were thoroughly cooked to be soft and chewy. It was so delicious that I already thought about getting another while I was half way through the drink!
