To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日 (20-1-2023 Fri)年廿九,同老公請假辦年貨同大掃除前食早餐,諗唔到去邊間,想去富華(https://www.openrice.com/zh/hongkong/r-%E5%AF%8C%E8%8F%AF%E5%86%B0%E5%AE%A4-%E8%8D%83%E7%81%A3-%E6%B8%AF%E5%BC%8F-r761718),但有人等,老公話去南記,啊,好啦.我哋去到各有各買,老公嗰份好似係$35.00,我就揀咗$33.00嘅單拼E餐,貢丸番茄湯通粉,加$3.00要炒蛋同牛油餐包,又再加$3.00要凍奶茶,所以係$40.00.等咗冇耐就有嘢食,三粒貢丸口感同味道都正常;通粉係白色約兩吋長,幾彈牙,但份量唔多;番茄湯濃淡適中,似冇味精,幾舒服.炒蛋就全熟,裡面係冇蛋汁嘅,蛋汁只係淋上去;牛油餐包正常冇問題.最後杯凍奶茶呢,口感係滑但太甜喇.我冇食到老公嗰份,所以呢篇食評只計我嘅.環境:都熱熱地,似唔夠冷氣.3.5分抵食係2.8分上次食評係2022年9月28日刊登嘅呢篇: https://www.openrice.com/zh/hongkong/review/blue-
