今日(27-3-2024 Wed)請半日假去買嘢,差唔多買齊後,諗今晚食咩餸,蒸肉餅?但又想食燒肉,於是睇睇,呢間燒肉賣$108.00一斤,宏泰賣$118.00,於是我行返嚟買,我就揀咗其中一件嘅一條骨,收$118.00。返到屋企鎊吓,有13安士,約10兩重,但點計到$118.00咁貴?我食吓先,佢嘅皮脆,肥嘅部份入口即融唔油膩,成個又唔會太鹹,正常OK嘅。上次食評係2021年5月31日刊登嘅呢篇:https://www.openrice.com/zh/hongkong/review/blue-%E7%84%97%E4%BD%8F%E5%B9%AB%E8%B6%81-e4039669

我食吓先,佢嘅皮脆,肥嘅部份入口即融唔油膩,成個又唔會太鹹,正常OK嘅。
