To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日 (18-11-2022 Fri) 同老公放假,老公由佢女同事介紹黃竹坑地鐵站隔離嘅熟食中心有好嘢食,就決定去嗰喥食晏,但由於未食早餐,於是先嚟呢喥買個早餐兩份食.由於都晏,想買嘅早餐都冇晒,只有$31.00嘅招牌食晨,有3.6牛乳炒滑蛋,腸仔,揀雪菜肉絲米粉配蘿蔔糕,加$6.00要午餐肉,再加$3.00要凍奶茶.睇見份量係啱嘅,但$6.00嘅午餐肉只得半件,會唔會太貴?我先食雪菜肉絲米粉,味道清清淡淡,口感都適中嘅;而3.6牛乳炒滑蛋好普通; 腸仔同午餐肉正常嘅鹹;蘿蔔糕好軟熟,味道亦唔太濃.而呢份早餐所有嘢都只係暖暖地.凍奶茶就一貫嘅濃味,不過甜咗少少.上次食評係2022年2月2日刊登嘅呢篇:https://www.openrice.com/zh/hongkong/review/blue-%E4%BB%BD%E9%87%8F%E5%B0%91-e4317318
