To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 噚（7-9-2024 Sat）晚，又同老公去完宜家傢俬攞咖啡渣用後，又諗食乜嘢，其實我又未肚餓，但老公就話要正常食嘢，咁佢諗啦，行到嚟眾安街呢邊，佢就話嚟九龍餐室，啊，OK。我哋嚟到係啱啱一半full，坐低後睇下menu再睇下晚餐價錢由$88.00 - $128.00不等，好貴，再睇返menu探索，最後決定要：2.跟餐加$3.00嘅凍奶茶呢個茶味較淡，但都算OK。3分4.加$6.00嘅熱檸水呢個普通，就算我冇乜篤啲檸檬都有澀味。2.5分1. $52.00嘅魔鬼夾心菠蘿油餐，加$10.00要豬扒，另一樣就揀芝士嚟到睇見菠蘿油大大個，個面佢脆，豬扒軟熟但鹹咗啲，唔係夾埋芝士食都覺得鹹。4分3. $66.00嘅菠蘿咕嚕豆腐飯睇見咁得意嘅配搭，所以叫呢個，嚟到見到豆腐都唔少，食落，豆腐唔係脆口，我唔知係咪都應該要將豆腐炸脆，但我就有啲失望。講返味道，汁嘅味微微偏酸，之後一路食，啲汁就稀到好似水咁，因為豆腐內裡有水，唔知係咁，所以冇乜人整呢個‘’懷舊菜‘’。3分服務：會自動俾一人一杯水。唔錯，當我落單要菠蘿咕嚕豆腐飯時，女侍應提我呢個係齋。環境：梳化開始有啲爛，明白嘅，唔緊要，但我個位冷氣唔夠
