來到Happy Friday姐係又到約朋友食飯的日子,最近俾來佬餐館個聖誕新menu吸引住,有焗鴨肉批仲可以食到芝士火鍋,都覺得幾啱食就入咗去。頭盤我就叫咗一份鵝肝二重奏,而朋友就叫咗個light 啲既沙律balance 番。上菜時先知係鵝肝兩食,一面係香煎鵝肝配多士,另一面就mix咗鵝肝mousse再焗到creme brulee 咁加埋一層薄脆焦糖,都幾有驚喜!湯方面就叫咗松露蘑菇濃湯,另外會跟埋一塊加咗蘑菇整成的曲奇,配埋湯一齊食仲正 (正評俾塊曲奇)上主菜前仲有個鴨肉批,聽講原來係融合咗來佬特色同傳統既節日菜式為創作意念,食落真係幾classic同有聖誕feel。黎到主菜係我最期待既焗法國春雞,真係幾嫩口又冇渣,仲好有雞味,絕對係我食過頭3 好食既春雞,份量俾好大足,2 個人都食到好飽雖然好飽到上心口,但甜品係落第二個胃既!朱古力樹幹蛋糕造型有心思,又有節日氣氛,最重要既係朱古力唔甜都唔算膩,食得出有調整過甜度。 整體黎講年尾未plan去邊食飯既可以試下~
