To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 難得假期~ 點可以放過去搵好嘢食呢😬⋯⋯ 今日就嚟呢間中、西、意、日、韓嘅fusion餐廳試吓先,侍應安排我哋係中間位置嘅一張長枱坐,但感覺好自成一閣呀!食物都算唔錯,頭盤嘅“黑毛豬腩肉片配蝴蝶包”同“灸烤蘑菇配韓式泡菜芝士”各有特式,意粉軟硬適中味道唔錯,“松露焗豬飯”非常惹味,材料仲好豐富添呀👍🏼👍🏼,Pizza烘焙得好香脆,亦係一個唔錯嘅選擇👍🏼,最後嘅甜品就有小小失望,最初嚟係因為見佢有crepe(法式班㦸),但個班㦸一d都唔係法式嗰隻囉,好彩另外嘅“香蕉配巧克力多士”做得幾好 ,酥脆嘅多士上面鋪滿好多香蕉、朱古力脆脆、鮮忌廉、雪糕,賣相都好吸引喔😍。
