To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Boxing Day 晚上，寧靜的大坑cafe餐廳門口位置燈光較暗，環境靜，談心的好地方每晚八點前還有happy hour＄30一杯beer, spirit or wine 太肚餓的二人要了兩個主菜，一個薯條三文魚海鮮白酒意大利麵Seafood sphagetti: 有四隻蝦，少許三文魚，少許魚肉，蝦彈牙但不鮮，意大利麵不會太軟身剛好，白汁較多，少許蒜蓉味道很香，但可惜完全冇白酒味，有點失望＄35的炸薯條：份量大到你唔信，薯條炸得比較燶點點微辣的醬但大家不要過份期待是平時的蛋黃醬，因為個醬只有辣味突出黑松露蘑菇意大利飯Wild mushroom risotto: 都見到有一兩塊黑松露片，但聞不到黑松露的香味食吃來似蘑菇汁，很淡味，一開始點菜時以為是忌廉白汁同等價錢西餐，不會選擇這裏，但如果想靜靜談心還是可以
