Today is my friend's birthday but we are only having dinner between two of us and I don't want to buy a big ass cake to stuff our faces into. Tiramisu in a Jar ($45)

All jar would be given to the customer for complimentary. The tiramisu was bottomed with cream cheese mixture, then some sponge cake on top which has been dipped in semi-dark chocolate beforehand. Some shaved chocolate was also sprinkled on top as garnish.

Their tiramisu is something non-traditional yet taste better than original! I particularly like how they use semi-sweet chocolate to go with their light cream base along with the airy fluffy cake in the middle! The crunchy chocolate crisps nicely contrasted with the soft mix at the bottom!

If you don't want to buy a whole cake, or if you just want something different, I would totally suggest you to try this to discover another side of Noah Castella! Compared to their traditional half baked molten cake, I would prefer these cakes since I felt like they are more solid with a really dense content.

I was also quite thirsty so I have also bought a drink to go. They have a few choices of bottled drink which costs only $18 each but again, they only have 2 kinds left so I had no choice but to choose the most refreshing one.

Adzuki bean honey water ($18)

It was definitely light with a mild taste of adzuki bean. It tasted almost like the Chinese adzuki sweet soup dessert, but in a thinner texture, along with some honey water with just a hint taste of honey. All and all, it was not a bad choice for just $18 for this big size of drink!
