Lap Cheung Mac & Cheese ($68)
This fusion dish is also amazing! I didn’t really think lap cheung and mac&cheese would even be put in the same dish, but I’m glad they were! The sliced salty lap cheung mixed with super cheesy macaroni are definitely on the next level compared to ordinary mac&cheese. Now I kinda feel like something is missing when I have the ordinary version haha

Last but not least, the classic Ngau Lam Wich ($88) is not to be missed! 12-hour slow cooked beef brisket was used to make this wonderful sandwich, together with mayo, spring onion and pickled daikon, the sandwich is simply unbeatable!
