間中整吓蛋糕,整吓麵包都幾開心。依度啲老師一對四個學生,非繁忙時間又唔多人嘅話,都有機會一對一😌。所以其實都幾好👍🏻,老師又會教你一步一步慢慢做。上堂前,老師會講解一下個過程會大概點樣樣做,會做啲咩,等學生有個概念👍🏻,然後就開始上堂,因為小班教學嘅關係,所以老師都跟得好足,幾位同學仔都可以一切跟得上進度👏🏻👏🏻,中途老師又會講下一啲小知識。一堂上大概兩小時,今次同朋友一齊上Raspberry crumble,步驟多,但enjoy。而且焗完個包出黎好有成功感,仲要個包唔空氣之餘放到第二日都唔會變硬,真係好開心。最後,緊係有張recipe比你,返去再整過🤣。
