近年我發現不少烘焙🥯🧁店紛紛進駐銅鑼灣,當中一間我好喜歡💕,就係呢間位於利園山道新開的麵包店, 聽朋友說原來由曾任職香港文華東方酒店、麗晶酒店的大師傅🧑‍🍳主理,主打老派風格的歐式麵包🥯!店內傳統法式長棍、酸種麵包🥯、法式牛油軟包、牛角包🥐及酥皮類產品都好吸引,製作相當用心才能達到最佳口感。另外傳統麵包中更注入現代元素,推出開心果、覆盆子等新派口味牛角包、以及原味和開心果味的千層酥皮撻都係我最愛🫶!Bread Of Life 銅鑼灣利園山道49-51號地下G及H號舖
