Service:
We took our sweet time getting settled and looking at the menu, and surprisingly weren't rushed at all. The ladies who took our order was actually pretty nice, and we didn't experience the horrible service that people often complain about.

Taste & Value:
The two of us each ordered a breakfast set. I was actually just gonna order a bun plus a drink, but it was cheaper to get a set. I got the breakfast set B that had a Fish fillet with scrambled eggs, a bun/toast plus a drink ($31)

The fish was a bit greasy, but at least it was fresh. The scrambled eggs were good, but the portion was tiny. Although it tasted like scrambled eggs, it looked more like an omelette to me.
The milk tea was very good.
The tea and milk ratio was just right. I don't like it when the milk overpowers. The bun was the last to come. It was very crunchy, so no wonder it is called a crunchy bun. The condensed milk on the buttered bun didn't make it overly sweet. I like sweet and savory combinations.

My friend's set D was macaroni in a tomato broth that also came with a drink and toast/bun ($31). My friend liked the broth a lot, so he asked me to try it. He was right as it was good. It was very rich.

Final Verdict:
I didn't mind the visit and the milk tea was good, but I found it hard to order a food item that I wanted to eat as so many can be made easily at home.
