So my boyfriend decided that he wanted to break up with me outside City Hall, so I needed something sweet, people say sweet things tend to make people happier when they're in a bad mood. I saw this restaurant called Bo-Lo'GNE through the shopping mall windows so I had to go in to at least sit down for a little while and calm down a bit.

I asked for a window seat and ordered French Toast with Vanilla Ice-cream. Originally I wanted to order a coffee with it but they had a promotion where you download an app on your phone and get your standard drink upgraded for free to a Yakult Lemon, so I went with that instead.

Photo speaks more then a thousand words. The French Toast was delicious. The French toast you have at the regular 茶餐廳 in Hong Kong is no where comparable. I could smell the fresh egg and buttery taste of the French toast before the waitress even set the plate down on the table. The combination of fresh cream and vanilla ice cream reminds me of the Apple pie and ice cream that they serve in the UK but only a thousand times better.

Yakult Lemon was refreshing
. Overall a nice fantastic experience.

$85 for a nice relaxed afternoon tea after a break up is definitely good value for money.
