The brown sugar flavour was not as apparent or rich as I’d like. The milk wasn’t foamy or creamy either, unlike the ones I’ve tried in other places. But the worst thing is, they have a fixed level of ice, so even if you choose less ice, it’s still freezing cold and it makes the whole drink very watery. And there’s no, no ice option
