After the birthday dinner with friend at Loft Kitchen, I finally find another day with friends to come here again to try out their brunch. Unfortunately, they only offer brunch on Saturday and closes on Sunday. Their brunch menu is really simply, just 4 choices. Since we are 4 people, so we ordered all 4 things on the menu. The all day big breakfast included: eggs (we chose sunny side up), bacon, sausage, hash brown, mushroom, roasted tomato, baked beans & toast.I love they have baked beans & has

The all day big breakfast included: eggs (we chose sunny side up), bacon, sausage, hash brown, mushroom, roasted tomato, baked beans & toast.

I love they have baked beans & hash brown in the all day breakfast. That's the 2 favors food!!!! The hash brown was hot & crunchy. The egg, mushroom & baked beans always go really well together with the toasts.

The bacon & sausage tasted normal, not much special.

Pancakes was served with fresh cream, maple syrup & seasonal fruits (banana, strawberry, blueberry & mango). If I really have to choose, pancakes would be my favor brunch option here. So, most likely I choose pancakes again if I come here for brunch.

The pancakes were served up hot & fluffy! Fruits is always a good combination with pancakes. There were 4 big pieces of pancakes, so I have to share it with friends.

The classic benedict has 2 poached egg & ham/ bacon on english muffin, served with Hollandaise sauce on top. The side dish are salad & potato wedges.

The classic bendict was just alright. The poached egg was soft-boiled & the yolk just oozy. But somehow I have eaten better egg benedict elsewhere. So, this dish isn't up to my standard if I have compare it with the egg bandict somewhere else.

On the other hand, I love the side dish (i.e.: potato wedges) more than the egg benedict. I have eaten the potato wedges as the side dish in the BBQ rib at dinner. I already fell in love with it at that time!

3 ingredients has to be chosen out of the 7 ingredients. As I recalled we chose tomato, ham & mushroom. The other ingredients options are cheese, bacon, onion & spinach.

The omelette would be my least favor brunch option here. The omelette was a bit overcooked & tasted rough, not really smooth at all. Again!! I love the potato wedges more!

I have tried brunch & dinner here, but not lunch (only offer Mon-Fri). So hopefully there will be chances I can try their lunch. But if I have to say....I'll only come back for the pancakes. Another good thing here is the price is really cheap, I guess because it's located inside the industrial building. Otherwise I'll just choose other brunch places at Central or Sheung Wan, even that means I have to go quite a long way over the HK island side.
Other Info. : Add HKD$18 for soup & salad with all brunch options. Add HKD$10 for black truffles with classic benedict & omelette.
