Located in the heart of the Science Park, Hunky Dory is a cute little eatery/ bar-like western restaurant with a relaxing and laid-back environment. There are a lot of families spending their weekends here and it's not hard to understand why - the large grass area outside is absolutely chill and gave me major traveling vibes! Great place to enjoy nice dishes and maybe a pint of beer for a cozy weekend.London PrideBeef WellingtonThe beef wellington is very nicely baked! Beef inside is soft and te

The beef wellington is very nicely baked! Beef inside is soft and tender, which is the best texture that could be achieved. There are mushrooms, pâté (often pâté de foie gras) and duxelles inside of the puff pastry and the flavor is rich. If it's still not enough, you can always add on more gravy sauce that's provided on the side. With mashed potatoes as the side dish, it's simply the best combo ever. Well-done!

The cheese fries themselves are a bit dry and dull without the ketchup. It's so dry I could not really taste the cheese. Luckily, ketchup literally saved its life and it's still quite a good side to pair with our beers!

There are abundant mussels in this pot which is definitely more than enough for two people! The sauce with the combination of garlic and butter is extremely rich and well-matched with the mussels. Simply the best dish to pair with beer or white wine!
This has been one of the few restaurant in Hong Kong that gave me huge travelling vibes. It literally felt like going to another country. Love the chill and cozy ambience as well as the tremendous grass area, and I would love to return for another attempt!
