Bubble to juice ratio is disappointing

I love gong cha, the quality of the bubbles and the juice. But one thing that is really upsetting is lack of bubbles within their drinks. The ratio of juice to bubbles is very disappointing, and not worth the $19 fee. As far as I am concerned, the central gong cha is the only branch that does this, so I hope they change in the future and not resort to lessening the bubbles to save a few dollars.
