As well as tea, this branch is the first to serve Bubble waffles with ice-cream.
You get to choose an icecream from six flavours and a topping.
I chose the matcha with oreo crumbs and salted cream topping.
It was such a sweet treat because the bubble waffles were crisp and soft in the middle.
Dipping it the cream topping made it better.
Finished off with a matching matcha tea with pearls.The pearls here are unique because they are chewy with a caramel taste to them.
Winter is coming and they offer hot drinks too like Jasmine Pear and Ginger, lemon and lime paired with your choice of tea.
