To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去英國的時候最喜歡就是吃Burger and Lobster!!!終於終於等到了!!!一看到有兩個禮拜的popup😍立刻以幫朋友慶生為藉口秒速訂位🥰第一天就來吃了!!!🥰味道跟在英國吃的也差不多 我們點了THE SHARING COMBOS🥰這個應該是最划算而且可以滿足多個願望的一個COMBOS吧🥰(雖然吃完這個就吃不下MAC&CHEESE🥲)Grilled Lobster超超超出色🥰肉質鮮甜 烤的剛剛好不會很乾 吃了一口就已經想再點一隻了🤤還有回憶中的LOBSTER ROLL跟第一次吃到的THE MAYFAIR🍔🥰真的邊吃邊感動到想哭🥹🥲我們還點了WATER和EARTH做主題的🍸分別就是梅子跟綠茶口味的🍸😆也蠻特別蠻開胃的😬😬最後因為慶生關係 還加點了一份甜點儀式感一下😆吃起來好像炸🍩配🍦一樣 也蠻特別的😋
