Came here on a Monday with my two friends for dinner. We booked the 6:30 table as we thought it might get really busy.
Arrived at OZONE and waited to be seated. Not sure if its because it was early and there wasn't enough manpower, but we had to wait a bit and actually go inside the restaurant / bar area to find someone to help us get seated.
When we sat down near the dining area of the restaurant, we thought that we could overlook the view, however this section of the restaurant we weren't able to see anything at all. Also requested from the staff whether we could be seated near a window to overlook the views - and they mentioned this is only available for guests who drink at the bar only.
After we sat down, it then took quite a while for another staff to approach us to pass the menus over. We ordered the "The Sharing" - for this we chose the Mayfair Burger, Steamed Lobster and Lobster Roll, "Lobster Rosti", as well as "Truffled Fries" and "Sauteed Spinach". for dessert we also ordered the "Pistachio Tres leches"
The food came very quickly and all at once which was nice. Overall I'd say it definitely isn't as good as the location in UK. The Lobster overall was very fresh, and we particularly enjoyed the Lobster Rosti, which was a nice surprise as the Rosti was nice and crispy. Was really excited to try the lemon garlic butter sauce as I remember the UK one to be extraordinary - however this one was just mediocre.
Pistachio Tres Leches was also quite delicious - it wasn't too heavy but at the same time was very creamy.
Would I come back? I'd probably go back to the London branch. There are probably better places to eat lobster in hong kong.
