Long time no evil burgers and long time no Sham Shui Po. Combining the 2 together meant Burgerman in Sham Shui Po! It was not hard to find as it was just opposite to Golden Digital. It was a small burger bar with no seats but some high tables so that you could eat in. Disposable gloves were provided on the tables for you to use. Very considerate of them. They had a simple menu with 10 types of burgers ranging from classic burgers to giant burgers with beef, fish, chicken, foie gras or veggie etc

They had a simple menu with 10 types of burgers ranging from classic burgers to giant burgers with beef, fish, chicken, foie gras or veggie etc. You could top it up by $20 to get a combo with fries and drink. There were also options to add different extra toppings at various prices at your choice. There were also a few pastas to choose from.
As I was expecting a dinner appointment, I decided to just get a burger in order not to overfeed myself. Amongst the many choices, I picked Wagyu Burger and added an extra fried egg. Right after my order, the chef immediately started cooking for my burger. And my burger quickly arrived.

According to their menu, their Wagyu Burger used Valley Feed 120th days of Australian Wagyu Beef with Fried Onion, Pea sprouts Salad with Sesame sauce and American Cheese. The buns had been toasted well that the crust was pretty crispy. I particularly liked the black and white sesame on the upper bun!
The wagyu was pan fried so well that the crust was pretty crispy and still it was so juicy. It was almost fully cooked and yet it was not rough. The American Cheese had melted on top. There were some fried onion on top of the cheese to enhance flavour and texture.
For the lower part of the burger, the pan fried egg was cooked in a nice circular shape. The egg lava was not flowing out but it smelt pretty good. The pea sprouts salad with sesame sauce underneath was absolutely marvellous as the sprouts were fresh and the amount of dressing was just enough to make the burger much less dry to eat. It was so big that I could not possibly bite it off in one mouthful. So I ate it by halves.
Overall, I was quite satisfied with the quality of the burger.
