After reviewing comments on FB and OR, I have decided its time to check this place out.
The place looks a bit old and shabby, but the food was above average in general.
Contrary to OR's comment's on the bad attitude of the staff, the service we got was prompt, friendly and helpful in general.
We got table in the far end of the restaurant, which was nice and quiet, however on my next trip back, I would probably opt for the counter where you can see all the action.
Especially worth mentioning are, the beef croquette, minced chicken skewer (with egg)
The bill didn't come cheap, but I REALLY DID stuff myself.
P.S. It's better to stick to skewers when you are in these type of shops, sashimi belong elsewhere
