It is just so much of a convenient spot to grab healthy food, as MANA is located right in the central of central. There are a range of finely chopped and mixed salads, but what I love to consume here is flatbread. Flatbread contains carbohydrates fueling me up as essentials. The menu features several pre-set options, allowing you to purchase "half" portion at around $45-55 as well, but DIY by picking 4 toppings for free (there can be additional ones but adding $) is equally price-friendly, just $50! I therefore picked purple yam, halloumi cheese, tomato and hummus.

It looks a bit awful especially in its dim light, but ingredients truly tasted good! Not simply by putting things together like salad, each ingredient is finely prepared on its own, eg. getting purple yam lightly fried, halloumi chopped finely to provide smoothness and tomato in appropriate slices. By making your own flatbread, you can wisely control calorie intake with flexibility.
