Nice milk tea but questionable service. Ordered hot milk tea, came lightly sweaten cup. When asked to change to unsweetened, the boss came to his defense, saying that I didn't specify without sugar in the first place. Then it came the test, I said I definitely didn't want the sweaten cup and would get another unsweetened one.
